celebrate is a brand group with the mission to turn beautiful moments into lasting memories throughout Europe: with high quality stationery, photo products and special gift items.

We're looking for a Tech Product Manager (m/f/d) to join our Platform team and bring structure, clarity, and momentum to our platform strategy during a period of significant transformation. You'll own the platform roadmap, coordinate across engineering, product, and vendor teams, and ensure the platform operates as a true accelerator for our brands. You'll report directly to our CTO, working in a hybrid setup with high autonomy.

The yearly salary range for this position is 70.100€ - 94.800€ (Senior).

  • Ownership of the platform roadmap including backlog prioritization, sequencing, and dependency mapping — balancing long-term platform health against near-term delivery needs

  • Cross-team coordination across platform engineering, product teams, and external vendors (e.g. CommerceTools, PIMCore) to align on initiatives that span multiple domains

  • Technical specification and decision-making through requirements documents, RFC/ADR processes, and vendor evaluations — keeping documentation accurate and enabling agentic-style engineering

  • Communicating the value of platform work to executive stakeholders by translating technical progress, decisions, and trade offs into clear business outcomes that leadership can understand and get behind

  • Fluent English required; conversational German is a plus

  • Platform as product – You think of the platform not as an internal cost center but as a product in its own right, with users (your engineering teams), a clear value proposition, and a quality bar that you hold yourself accountable to.

  • Calm in complexity – You stay composed when priorities shift and systems intertwine, bringing structure to ambiguity without over-engineering process.
