Job Summary:
The Recruiting Coordinator is the administrative backbone for Centauri’s Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiting Coordinator sources resumes, schedules interviews and stays in close contact with candidates during the various stages of the interviewing and pre-onboarding process. The Recruiting Coordinator serves as a resource for new hires and ensures that new hires are well prepared for their first day at Centauri. The Recruiting Coordinator brings a passion for people, building relationships and detail. The Recruiting Coordinator thrives in a rapidly growing company, where no two days are the same, and where priorities can change quickly to meet our client and business partner needs. The Recruiting Coordinator is accustomed to maintaining confidential and sensitive information, possesses an excellent work ethic, works well under pressure, and is a strong team player.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and partner with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Coordinate and schedule interviews ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved
Maintain responsibility for tracking completion of pre-employment process for candidates and support onboarding processes for new hires
Assist in sourcing, initial screening of applicants and recruitment activities when needed
Support with miscellaneous projects related to recruitment, employment branding and cross functional initiatives
Triage inquiries and connect employees to the internal resource
Manage general administrative tasks such as updating candidate profiles, maintaining accurate data in various spreadsheets, and ensuring compliance requirements are executed
Identify and implement sourcing strategies by utilizing Centauri’s Applicant Tracking System, Cornerstone, available resume databases, social media, and other online resources
Source and phone screen applicants and passive candidates for upcoming positions
Advertise and source candidates for in store hiring events in target markets
Champion compliance by utilizing recruiting tools such as interview guides and following recruiting processes
Open or post requisitions and match candidates that fit the need
Follow up with candidates, Recruiters, and Hiring Manager for interview feedback
Support candidates through background check process, and ensure all steps are completed prior to new hire start dates
Drive awareness of Centauri’s Employee Referral Program
Conduct New Hire welcome calls
Required Knowledge:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System and various online sourcing tools
State/federal HR regulations/statutes related to employment
Required Skills:
Ability to self-prioritize and manage time in a face-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment
Ability to ensure the accuracy of highly detailed and confidential information
Customer focused and proactive with excellent follow-up and a sense of urgency
Effective Communication skills, both verbally and written

Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
Required Experience:
1-2 years+ related experience in Human Resources or Recruitment
