Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Center-Based

Compensation – Earn a base wage of $75/hour

• Structured Environment – Deliver therapy in a purpose-built center with dedicated therapy spaces, natural routines, and in-person collaboration with your

• Flexible Scheduling – Work the hours that work for you, daytime, limited days per week, or only a few clients.
  
  
• Focus on Clinical Care – With support from our operations team and proprietary CareConnect platform, you can focus on client progress, not administrative overload.
  
  
• Built-In Clinical Support – Even part-time, you’ll be connected to Clinical Directors, peer BCBAs, and our Clinical Excellence Team for guidance and collaboration.
  
  
• Assent-Based ABA – Deliver care aligned with Practical Functional Assessment, Skills-Based Treatment, and Centria’s commitment to compassionate, child-led therapy.
  
  
• Opportunity for Growth – Explore additional hours, mentorship, or leadership opportunities if and when your availability changes.

• →Provide BCBA oversight for a limited caseload of clients
  
  
• →Develop and maintain individualized, assent-based treatment plans
  
  
• →Support and supervise Behavior Technicians through coaching and modeling
  
  
• →Engage families in therapy through collaborative parent training
  
  
• →Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data and team input
