Our In-Home (in-person) BCaBA position centers on delivering intensive, high-quality ABA therapy right where it matters: in the natural environment. You will enjoy the continuity and depth of collaboration that comes from direct daily engagement with clients, families, and your dedicated clinical team.
In this role, you'll oversee and implement programs with full support from our robust operational teams and systems, ensuring your focus remains entirely on delivering compassionate, client-centered care and driving meaningful progress.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
- →Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity
- →Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
- →Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions
- →Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions
- →Ensure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophy
