The Corporate Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting company-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role partners closely with leadership and operational teams to deliver data‑driven insights, support strategic decision‑making, and improve financial performance across the organization.
This position is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys working with financial data, building models, and translating numbers into actionable business insights within a manufacturing or multi-site corporate environment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- →Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
- →Analyze variances between actual results, budget, and forecast
- →Develop and maintain financial models related to cost, margin, and profitability
- →Partner with operations and leadership to support business decisions
- →Assist with capital expenditure analysis and ROI modeling
- →Support month-end close activities and financial reconciliations
- →Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial and operational data
- →Contribute to process improvement initiatives within finance and reporting
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Ability to clearly communicate financial insights to non-financial audiences
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site organizations
- Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, or similar)
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or financial reporting tools
- CPA, CMA, or MBA (not required)
