- Azure Architecture and Design: Ability to design scalable, secure, highly available, and cost-effective cloud solutions on Azure, aligning with the Azure Well-Architected Framework and Cloud Adoption Framework.
- Identity and Access Management: Expertise in Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), including user and group management, role-based access control (RBAC), single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and conditional access.
- Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR): Ability to design and implement BCDR solutions using Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, and other relevant services.
- Monitoring and Logging: Experience with Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, and Application Insights for monitoring the health, performance, and security of Azure environments.
- Cost Management: Ability to optimize Azure spending and implement cost control measures.
- Significant Cloud Experience: Looking for someone with 5-10 years of overall cloud experience, with a focus on Azure native cloud services.
- Hands-on Azure Experience: Proven experience in designing, deploying, and managing Azure solutions is crucial. This includes working with various Azure services and implementing architectural best practices.
- Experience with Migration: Familiarity with migrating applications and workloads from on-premises environments to Azure is often required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues in Azure environments.
- Analytical Skills: Capacity to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Azure solutions.
- Collaboration Skills: Working effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and security
