✓Actively manage a student caseload and meet defined performance metrics, which may include:
Retention and persistence
✓Certification readiness and attainment
✓Graduation progression
✓Career readiness and placement-related leading indicators
✓Contribute to a performance-driven culture focused on measurable student outcomes
✓Serve as a consistent point of contact and career readiness advocate for assigned students, building trust, rapport, and accountability
✓Proactively identify and address barriers to certification readiness and job placement
✓Partner with the education team and student success coordinators to monitor certification readiness and drive certification outcomes
✓Introduce career readiness concepts early in the student journey, including resume development, professional behavior, and labor market awareness
✓Support students and graduates with career planning, job search strategies, and interview preparation
✓Coordinate with employer engagement and career services partners to prepare students for successful entry into the placement window
✓Assist with job applications, documentation, and placement-related follow-up as assigned
✓Accurately document all student interactions, engagement activities, outcomes, and supporting materials
✓Participate in cohort tracking, G&E chart confirmation, and required audits, including weekly and monthly reporting tied to student success metrics
✓Support, participate in and/or facilitate workshops, application stations, commencement, alumni events, career fairs, and certification readiness activities
✓Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor, including onboarding and ongoing training related to student success systems, performance metrics, and operational processes
✓High School Diploma or GED
✓Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
✓1–2 years of experience in student services, career services, advising, workforce development, recruiting, or a related support role
✓1 year of related experience in a proprietary (for profit), post-secondary educational setting preferred
✓Strong problem-solving, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills with a student-centered approach
✓Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with shared accountability
✓Proficient with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems
✓A positive, team-oriented approach and willingness to work outside regular business hours and travel locally or overnight as needed
