✓Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
✓Occasional Fridays and Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
✓Teach electrical trades classes on a regularly scheduled basis
✓Create a welcoming and engaging learning environment for students
✓Deliver hands-on instruction in classroom and lab settings
✓Assist with curriculum development and course material preparation
✓Maintain classroom tools, lab equipment, and instructional materials
✓Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress
✓Submit evaluations, reports, and required documentation on time
✓Support student retention and academic success initiatives
✓Participate in instructor training, faculty meetings, and professional development
✓Assist with equipment and supply inventory management
✓Communicate student attendance concerns and performance issues to leadership
✓Maintain a clean, safe, and organized training environment
✓Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
✓High School Diploma or GED required
✓Vocational, technical, or construction-related training preferred
✓Minimum 4 years of experience in the electrical or construction trades field
✓Experience as a Construction Electrician, Commercial Electrician, Industrial Electrician, or Electrical Technician preferred
✓Previous vocational training or teaching experience is a plus
✓Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and construction safety
✓Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven educational environment
✓Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✓Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
✓Ability to work independently and collaboratively
✓Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
✓CampusNexus experience is a plus
✓to support occasional evening, weekend, or travel requirements
✓OSHA 10-Hour Safety Certification within 6 months of hire
✓CPR Certification current or obtained within 3 months of hire
✓NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research) Certification within 6 months of hire
