Call Center Operator- Weekends

Responsibilities

- →Answer phones and provide support to customers
- →Customer service skills are required
- →Ability to follow a call script to respond to foundational questions/concerns
- →Manage inbound calls to ensure effective and timely resolution of customer issues
- →Maintain and update call records
- →Knowledge of SPOK and Avaya platform preferred.
- →Strong verbal and written communications skills
