Director, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (Hybrid/Remote)

• →Define and lead US HEOR strategy aligned with commercial priorities and product roadmap.
• →Design and execute health economic models (cost-effectiveness, budget impact, cost-utility).
• →Develop value dossiers, AMCP dossiers, and payer evidence packages.
• →Lead real-world evidence (RWE) strategy using registries and claims data.
• → Partner cross-functionally and manage external research vendors.
• →Lead publication strategy and represent the company externally.
• →Create market access strategy for new products

• Advanced degree preferred (PhD, PharmD, MD, or Master’s in Health Economics, Public Health, or related field).
• 10–15+ years of experience in HEOR, market access, or health economics
• Experience in medical device, diagnostics, or healthcare
• Strong knowledge of U.S. reimbursement and global HTA processes
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear value narratives
• Strong executive presence and cross-functional leadership skills
