Ceribell is a medical technology company focused on transforming the diagnosis and management of patients with serious neurological conditions. The Ceribell System is a novel, point-of-care electroencephalography (“EEG”) platform specifically designed to address the unmet needs of patients in the acute care setting, and is being used in hundreds of community hospitals, large academic facilities and major IDN's across the country. Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify unmet clinical needs and define product strategies that align with Ceribell’s vision and business objectives
  • Translate clinical needs into product and algorithm requirements.
  • Serve as the Voice of Customer (VOC) by building and maintaining strong relationships with neurology KOLs and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Clinical, and Regulatory to design and develop the algorithm products.
  • Partner with commercial teams to define go-to-market strategies that align with Ceribell’s vision and business objectives, support product positioning and launch plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Neuroscience, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline; Advanced degree (PhD or MD) preferred.
  • Proven technical or clinical background in EEG signal processing, biomedical signal processing, or algorithm development.
  • Proven experience managing algorithm or software product development lifecycles.
  • 2+ years of product management or business analytics experience preferred. 
  • Ability to independently conduct product research, including literature review, physician interviews, and competitive landscape assessments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive market and product insights from complex data.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

SF Bay Area:  $178,000 - $196,000 per year
