At CesiumAstro, we are developers and pioneers of out-of-the-box communication systems for satellites, UAVs, launch vehicles, and other space and airborne platforms. We take pride in our dynamic and cross-functional work environment, which allows us to learn, develop, and engage across our organization. We are actively seeking passionate, collaborative, energetic, and forward-thinking individuals to join our team.

We are seeking a strategic and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to design, execute, and continuously enhance our early talent pipeline and diversity recruiting strategies. This role is a key individual contributor responsible for building scalable university partnerships, leading internships and early career programs, and driving initiatives that attract, develop, and convert high-potential, diverse talent.

You will partner closely with business leaders, HR, and DEI stakeholders to shape sustainable talent pipelines across university, veteran, and underrepresented communities, operating with a high degree of autonomy and impact.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive early career recruiting strategy aligned with workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
  • Build and manage scalable pipelines for interns, co-ops, and entry-level talent across key business areas.
  • Identify and prioritize target universities, including technical and diversity-focused institutions.
  • Define and track key performance metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, diversity representation) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations.
  • Lead campus engagement strategy, including career fairs, info sessions, and targeted recruiting events.
  • Build strong relationships with minority-serving institutions (e.g., HBCUs, HSIs) and affinity-based student groups.
  • Represent the organization as an employer of choice through both in-person and virtual campus initiatives.
  • Design and implement proactive strategies to attract early career talent from underrepresented and veteran communities.
  • Develop partnerships with organizations supporting veteran transition and diverse talent pipelines.
  • Create targeted outreach strategies across both traditional and non-traditional channels.
  • Ensure diverse candidate slates and equitable hiring practices across all early career programs.
  • Analyze recruiting data and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Design, launch, and manage structured internship and co-op programs with meaningful, project-based experiences.
  • Partner with hiring managers to support onboarding, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Develop strategies to convert high-performing interns into full-time employees.
  • Continuously enhance program structure, content, and participant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on early career recruiting or university partnerships.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting diversity recruiting initiatives.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM and campus recruiting platforms.
  • Understanding of campus recruiting cycles and early career hiring strategies.
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices and inclusive hiring frameworks.
  • Familiarity with veteran hiring pipelines and transition programs.
  • Experience building and scaling early talent programs.
  • Workforce planning and talent pipeline analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM and campus recruiting platforms (e.g., Handshake, Beamery).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
