- Medical Readiness Events (MREs)
- Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP)
- Periodic Health Assessments (PHAs)
- Occasional drill weekends
No overtime authorized. Flexible scheduling may be used to accommodate mission requirements.
The Administrative Care Coordinator provides administrative and readiness support to the Arizona Army National Guard medical case management team. This position assists with tracking Soldier medical readiness, coordinating care, maintaining medical records, and supporting deployment readiness programs.
The role serves as a critical liaison between Soldiers, healthcare providers, military leadership, and readiness personnel.
Requirements

- Associate Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field
- Experience in a healthcare environment
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to obtain military installation access
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field
- Military healthcare experience
- Experience with medical records management
- Knowledge of Army readiness systems
- Background investigation
- CAC eligibility (if required)
- HIPAA certification
- Information Assurance training
- OPSEC training
- Anti-Terrorism Level I training
- Installation access requirements
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support Nurse Case Managers with daily case management activities
- →Track medical readiness status of assigned Soldiers
- →Maintain and update medical records
- →Coordinate medical and dental appointments
- →Obtain and organize medical documentation
- →Manage data entry in Army medical readiness systems
- →Assist Soldiers with readiness requirements
- →Prepare readiness reports and administrative summaries
- →Monitor health assessment results and follow-up actions
- →Support Medical Readiness Events and Soldier Readiness Processing
- →Maintain HIPAA compliance
- →Coordinate referrals and continuity of care
- →Upload, scan, index, and organize medical documentation
- →Track appointment attendance and required follow-up documentation
- →Communicate with healthcare providers and military units regarding readiness requirements

- DENCLASS
- HRR
- eProfile
- LOD
- TMDS
- Microsoft Office Suite
Occasional travel within Arizona to support Medical Readiness Events and military medical operations. Government-approved travel reimbursable.
