Provide non-clinical case management services supporting military personnel readiness. Coordinate care, track medical cases, and ensure compliance with Army medical readiness standards.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage assigned Soldier medical cases from identification to resolution
- →Coordinate care across providers, facilities, and military units
- →Maintain and update case files in systems (eCase, MEDCHART, MEDPROS)
- →Prepare cases for Medical Evaluation Boards (MEB/PEB)
- →Conduct monthly case reviews and reporting
- →Support readiness events (PHA, SRP, mobilization processing)
- →Educate Soldiers on medical readiness and resources
- →Ensure HIPAA compliance and documentation accuracy
Requirements
~1 min read- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Vermont or eligible)
- 3–5+ years clinical or case management experience
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Experience with medical documentation systems preferred
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Military / VA / DoD experience
- Case management certification
