We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Head of Finance to join our global team.
In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining our financial infrastructure, driving cross-border operational efficiency, and ensuring financial accuracy across operating entities in the EU, US, UK, and emerging markets.
You will act as a vital bridge between Product, Engineering, and Finance - structuring payment data into clear financial reporting, partnering with Product Owners on unit economics, and deploying cutting-edge AI automation to streamline financial processes.
Additionally, you will support our global regulatory compliance as we expand into new markets.

- Gather business requirements and define data logic to ensure payment and transaction data from all products flow seamlessly into our core financial reporting systems.
2. Product-Level Financial Modeling Ownership
- Collaborate with Product Owners to analyze unit economics, build pre-launch financial models (pricing, margins, volume projections), and evaluate profitability.
- Continuously monitor product-level performance to identify margin improvements, pricing optimization, and cost-reduction opportunities.
3. Financial Operations
- Apply a unified methodology to consolidate product-level P&Ls, balance sheet data, and cash flow reports into clear group-level management views.
- Support annual budget preparation and quarterly rolling forecasts, ensuring high data accuracy and variance tracking.
- Maintain systematic cost-control tracking, monitor day-to-day operational expenses, and support intercompany funding allocations.
Payment/financial processing/payments processing
4. Regulatory Compliance and Audit Support
- Assist in maintaining a unified calendar for local tax and regulatory reporting deadlines across all active jurisdictions (EU, US, UK, and emerging markets).
- Work alongside accounting teams and Managing Directors to review financial data and verify local compliance.
- Help prepare documentation, schedules, and reconciliations for external auditors and advisory partners.
Key Requirements and Qualifications
- 4–7 years of relevant finance experience (Financial Analyst, FinOps Manager, or Senior Accountant), preferably in Fintech, Payments, or multi-market SaaS.
- Strong expertise in financial data mapping, ERP/accounting systems, and advanced modeling tools to connect transactional data to accounting logic.
- Hands-on experience building unit economics models, pricing frameworks, and product margin analyses.
- Familiarity or direct experience using AI tools and automation software to streamline routine reporting tasks.
- General familiarity with cross-border operations, IFRS/GAAP standards, and statutory audit workflows.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments (Product, Tech, Local MDs) and communicate financial insights clearly to finance leadership.
- Language: Fluent English with excellent communication and reporting skills; Ukrainian or Russian will be an advantage.
