Underwriting Manager-West

This is a senior leadership role within CFC US’s underwriting management team, with responsibility for leading and growing our US Corporate Professions portfolio across the West Coast. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering underwriting strategy, driving profitable growth and building high-performing teams in a dynamic, fast-growing business.

As the regional lead, you’ll have accountability across the full underwriting lifecycle. From new business and renewals through to pricing, risk selection and coverage, while acting as a senior escalation point and trusted leader for underwriters in the region.
