Analyst, Performance and Operations Analytics

CFGI is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Analyst to support the operations of the business. This role will focus on analyzing business performance across multiple dimensions, developing actionable insights, tracking key initiatives, and supporting executive leadership with data-driven reporting and recommendations.

The Analyst will work closely with senior leaders to measure progress against strategic objectives, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the execution of initiatives that drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

• Analyze business performance across financial, operational, commercial, and organizational dimensions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools that provide visibility into business and initiative performance.
• Conduct detailed analyses of revenue, profitability, productivity, utilization, customer, and operational metrics to generate actionable insights.
• Aggregate and synthesize data from multiple sources to support executive decision-making and business reviews.
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and performance summaries for leadership meetings and operating reviews.
• Support forecasting, scenario analysis, and business planning efforts through quantitative analysis and modeling.
• Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc analyses requested by executive leadership.

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, business analytics, corporate strategy, FP&A, operational excellence, or performance management.

• Experience analyzing performance across multiple dimensions, including financial, operational, customer, and organizational metrics.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modeling, data analysis, and executive presentation development.
• Ability to work with large data sets and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar platforms.
