We are looking for a Nursing Supervisor who doesn’t just manage schedules but champions a Recovery-oriented culture and wants to support a knowledgeable, performance driven and professional team. You’ll be the bridge between our high-level strategic goals and the daily excellence of our nursing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Nursing, you’ll balance a "big picture" leadership role with client-facing work to stay grounded in the care we provide.
