You make a difference when you work at CFIB.   We have an exciting opportunity for a 5-month contract as a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator with a hybrid or fully remote work arrangement.   Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will partner closely with the talent acquisition specialists, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth, well-organized hiring and onboarding process across the organization.   Responsibilities:   Manage and maintain job postings across CFIB's career site and external job boards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with employer branding standards. Monitor active postings and make updates as required to support changing business needs and recruitment priorities. Own the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires, including candidate communications following offer acceptance, background and employment verification checks, collection of required documentation, and coordination of onboarding activities. Coordinate onboarding logistics, including orientation scheduling, system access requests, and partnership with HR, Payroll, IT, and hiring managers to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee. Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Drive proactive candidate sourcing efforts through LinkedIn, job boards, networking platforms, and other talent channels, building pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and recruitment data within Dayforce and other recruitment systems. Respond promptly and professionally to candidate inquiries throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. Support recruitment reporting, data integrity, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives as required.     What makes a successful Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator?   1 to 2 years of experience in talent acquisition coordination, recruitment administration, HR coordination, or a related role. Experience coordinating onboarding activities and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of activities simultaneously. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative. Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills with a passion for creating positive candidate experiences. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, or other recruitment channels is considered a strong asset. Comfortable working with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms; experience with Dayforce is preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word. Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is required, as you will communicate directly with colleagues and candidates who speak either English or French.   What do we offer?   Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 /year Career advancement Flexibility Supportive leadership Training and development    CFIB has a diverse workforce.
