What You Will Be Doing Manage and grow an assigned sales territory in the Saskatoon area Meet with farmers and small business owners to understand their needs Present CFIB solutions that deliver value, savings, and support while proactively generating leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and community networking Develop new business through prospecting and referrals Build long-term relationships with members Follow a proven sales process with coaching and support Participate in ongoing training with exposure to leadership development Who Succeeds in This Role Experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or a related field Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly Motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently Coachable mindset with interest in long-term career growth Comfortable working in a field-based role Some agricultural or farming knowledge/experience is considered a strong asset Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle What You Will Receive You will earn total compensation of $85,000–$95,000 annually, including a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and monthly performance bonuses, with top performers earning $120,000+.
