Responsibilities
~1 min readThe Customer Engagement Senior Manager plays a critical role shaping CGC’s customer strategy – using market analysis and focus groups to 1) understand customer demand and behavior in rural, low income and disadvantaged communities (LIDAC), and Tribal markets; 2) source and shape product ideas based on customer demand, trends, and feedback; 3) shape strategic interventions to ensure customer solutions reach the communities who need it the most; and 4) ensure consumer protection is integrated into our customer solution strategy.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience
- 4+ years of experience in impact investing, climate and clean energy finance, economic development, management consulting, infrastructure, public policy, community development, or a related field.
- Ability to travel up to 30%
What We Offer
~1 min readThe salary range for this role is $151,510 – $169,122. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and overall qualifications, and may vary from the stated range. This role is also eligible for a performance bonus.
