Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead (Scaled Scrum Environment)

For one of our clients from the German banking sector, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to support agile teams working in a scaled Scrum environment.
The ideal candidate has strong experience coordinating agile processes within application development teams and is comfortable working in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Strong practical experience as a Scrum Master in application development environments
• Experience working in scaled Scrum / SAFe setups
• Solid understanding of:
  o Agile planning and steering processes
  o Risk & impediment management
  o Feature and user story slicing
  o Estimation methodologies and workshops
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  o Jira
  o Confluence
• Strong agile mindset and coaching approach
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in enterprise environments
• Fluent German and English skills
• Nice to Have
  • Experience in banking or financial services environments
  • SAFe certification
  • Scrum Master certifications
  • Experience working with distributed/international teams
