Job Overview:
CG Infinity Inc. is looking for a dynamic Market Research cum Inside Sales Analyst to support lead generation and client acquisition, fuelling growth in the US market for our IT consulting services. The ideal candidate will conduct in-depth market research, analyse competitors, identify potential clients, build a robust sales pipeline, and generate qualified leads to support business growth. This role integrates strategic market research with inside sales execution to identify opportunities, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth in the B2B IT services sector.
Key Responsibilities :
Market Research & Intelligence
• Conduct thorough market research to identify companies in the US market that require IT consulting, software development outsourcing, digital transformation, cloud, and managed services. • Perform competitor analysis to map out the IT services landscape - track competitors’ service offerings, pricing models, go-to-market strategies, and client engagement approaches. • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics in the US IT consulting space to identify new business opportunities. • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of target accounts, Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders. • Develop Account Entry Strategies and consulting approach presentations based on research insights to support pre-sales and business development teams. • Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and online research tools.

Inside Sales
• Research and build a target list of client/potential client decision makers with a custom messaging strategy to qualify opportunities and create new revenue streams from enterprise clients. • Convert qualified business opportunities/leads into sales appointments for the US/North American market through multi-channel outreach. • Generate pipeline through personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling. • Support lead/opportunity generation activities: email campaigns, social media engagement, scheduling discovery meetings for sales/pre-sales teams, event participant identification, and product/service awareness campaigns. • Qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC. • Nurture prospects through the early stages of the sales funnel, maintaining engagement and moving leads towards conversion. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records; track the sales pipeline, lead status, and opportunity progression. • Develop presentations, dashboards, and reports that directly inform strategic decisions including account entry, consulting strategy, and territory planning. • Work closely with sales and account managers to identify process gaps, track progress against targets, and prioritize requirements.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
• 3-5 years of proven experience in market research, inside sales, lead generation, or business development in a B2B IT services or IT consulting environment.
• Prior experience working with IT Solutions, Software Development Outsourcing, Digital Transformation, Cloud Services, or Managed Services companies.
• Demonstrated ability to generate qualified leads and build a sales pipeline for the US/North American market.
• Strong understanding of client insights, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and account based marketing (ABM) principles.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting, lead identification, and social selling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a consultative, business-focused approach; ability to present data insights to internal stakeholders.
• Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including data analysis, and insight generation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint for presentations, Word for documentation).
• Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with a proven track record. Good-to-Have Skills (Preferred) • Knowledge of the US IT consulting market, offshore/onshore delivery frameworks.
• Adept at using AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) and automation platforms to support research, outreach, and content creation workstreams.
