Responsibilities

→Serve as the primary Workday subject matter expert during implementation and post go-live stabilization
→Partner with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into Workday business process configurations and system enhancements
→Continue system buildout post go-live, including workflows, business processes, reports, and configurations based on team direction
→Support the transition from ADP to Workday by learning current processes and ensuring accurate system alignment
→Troubleshoot system issues and provide hands-on support during and after implementation
→Assist with testing, validation, and issue resolution leading up to and following go-live
→Create and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and enhancements
→Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure system functionality meets business requirements
→Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to internal team members as they are trained on day-to-day system operations
→Help prioritize and execute a defined backlog of system enhancements required to stabilize and optimize the platform

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field preferred
5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including system configuration and business process design
Proven experience supporting or leading Workday implementations, preferably from go-live through stabilization
Strong understanding of HCM systems, data structures, and integrations
Experience transitioning from legacy HRIS platforms (such as ADP) to Workday is strongly preferred
Ability to translate business needs into system solutions with minimal direction
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with team goals
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information
