Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking General Labor to Assist CNC Machines to join our team in the Decatur, IN Automation Facility.

Title: General Labor to Assist CNC Machines

The General Labor to Assist CNC Machines position is responsible for assembling and testing components and products using a variety of tools. This position also assists with the operation of CNC machines by loading and unloading materials, setting up and changing tools, and monitoring the machining process.

• →Assemble and test components and products according to specifications
• →Assist with the operation of CNC machines by loading and unloading materials, setting up and changing tools, and monitoring the machining process
• →Inspect finished products for defects and ensure that they meet quality standards
• →Maintain a clean and organized work area
• →Follow all safety procedures and regulations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in assembly or manufacturing
• Basic knowledge of CNC machining
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
• Good physical condition, able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
