Reports to: Manager of Retail Operations Support
FLSA: Exempt

• →Manage the retail ticketing support system and resolve store requests.
• →Serve as the primary point of contact for store operational support.
• →Administer and track Retail lot lease agreements.
• →Manage city privilege licenses, including applications and renewals.
• →Set up new employees with Staples, Unishippers, and check scanner access.
• →Partner with cross-functional teams to support daily operations.
• →Provide support to the accounting team as needed.
• →Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• →Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 2-3 of relevant experience

• Trusted judgment in managing employee relations, sensitive workplace issues, and risk‑aware decisions with professionalism and discretion
• Ability to coach and influence leaders through performance challenges, investigations, and complex people decisions
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to partner effectively across all organizational levels
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt effectively in a fast‑paced, multi‑location environment
