Production Worker - Navasota, Texas

FLSA Status: Exempt

• →Assemble manufactured homes according to company standards and specifications.
• →Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• →Install building components such as flooring, walls, cabinets, doors, windows, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and other construction materials as assigned.
• →Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• →Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
• →Meet production goals while maintaining quality workmanship.
• →Work effectively with team members and supervisors.
• →Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Previous manufacturing, construction, or modular housing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and be trained in-house.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
