• →Present, promote and sell New/Used homes using solid arguments to prospective clients
• →Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with potential clients to meet their needs
• →Reach out to leads
• →Drive leads through your Marketing efforts
• →Achieve sales targets, and appointments
• →Coordinate sales effort with team members and supervisors
• →Continue to improve through feedback, constructive criticism and everyday training

• Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
• Outside Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
