Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Diagnose and treat a wide range of adult medical conditions, including infections, chronic illnesses (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease), and complex cases
- →Provide comprehensive, ongoing care including preventive services, routine health maintenance, and chronic disease management
- →Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests including labs, imaging, and EKGs
- →Prescribe medications and other treatments to support effective management of patient conditions
- →Counsel patients on lifestyle modifications, preventive strategies, and self-care for chronic disease management
- →Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless and holistic treatment plans
- →Maintain accurate, thorough, and up-to-date patient records in our EMR system
- →Stay current on medical advancements, evidence-based care, and industry standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- →Participate in team-based care and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical protocols and workflows
- →Work with our Product team to continue to develop our AI and charting capabilities
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution (required)
- Completed residency in Internal Medicine (required)
- Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in California (required)
- Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
