Work Setting: On-site (not remote)

We are seeking a motivated Admissions Advisor to join our enrollment team. In this fast-paced, student-facing role, you will guide prospective students through the admissions process, career planning, and enrollment while helping them take the next step toward a career in healthcare.

• →Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls
• →Conduct interviews, campus tours, and assist with enrollment steps
• →Present program information, outcomes, and student services
• →Guide students through admissions requirements and financial aid process
• →Participate in recruitment events (open houses, career days, orientations, etc.)
• →Maintain follow-up with applicants to support enrollment and success
• →Meet enrollment goals and maintain accurate forecasting
• →Generate referrals and new leads

• Minimum of 2 years of college education and/or an Associate degree required
• 0–1 year of admissions, sales, or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping others achieve career goals
• Bilingual preferred
