• →Provide graduates with placement assistance until they secure employment in their field.
• →Build strong employer relationships to create job opportunities for students and graduates.
• →Lead and manage the campus and online career services teams.
• →Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards for job placement.
• →Market programs to the medical community and secure placement sites for students.
• →Collaborate with education and externship teams to track employment trends.
• →Maintain accurate records of placements, surveys, and compliance documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
