Chef Robotics is on a mission to accelerate the advent of intelligent machines in the physical world. As the rise of LLMs like ChatGPT has shown, AI has the potential to drive immense change. However, we believe AI’s biggest impact will be in the physical world, given industries like manufacturing, food, and transportation represent 90% of global GDP. We're starting with food, with a goal to put an intelligent robot in every commercial kitchen in the world. We have signed multiple multi-year contracts with various large food companies and we are growing fast. We're backed by investors like Kleiner Perkins, Construct, Bloomberg BETA and Promus Ventures. We have a great team, where you will be surrounded by talented engineers and tech leaders from companies like Cruise, Zoox, Google, Verb Surgical, Tesla, Nuro, Vicarious, Amazon Robotics, Strateos, Built Robotics, Facebook, Plenty, Yelp, and Microsoft.

About the Role
 
As a Key Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle, from outbound discovery and demos to complex negotiations and closing. You will be a foundational member of our enterprise team, shaping how enterprise sales are built at Chef Robotics.
  • Manage multi-stakeholder buying processes within large-scale food manufacturing and contract manufacturing firms.
  • Drive enterprise-grade deals with an average contract value (ACV) ranging from $100K to $1M.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, including discovery, demos, and proposals, with the support of a strong SDR and technical team.
  • As an early member of the enterprise team, you will help define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and the future of our sales motion.
  • You have a proven track record of navigating complex organizations and closing deals that move the needle for the business.
  • You thrive in high-stakes environments and are motivated by closing six-figure enterprise deals.
  • You are excited by the prospect of deploying AI and robotics to solve critical labor challenges in the food industry.
  • You enjoy the "inflection point" stage of a startup—where the product is proven, but there is still significant room to shape the direction of the company.
  • We are in a sector that has been slow to adopt automation but is now moving fast.
