You are responsible for greeting and seating guests while maintaining the flow of service. Restaurant Hosts create a positive and helpful introduction to our guests’ dining experience. Providing accurate wait times and maintain wait lists. Manage  reservations and coordinate with waitstaff regarding seating. Maintain flow of service. Provide support to the team in menu organization and maintenance.  Provide support to the team with clearing tables and running food. The Nitty Gritty Prior food service experience preferred. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.  Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s). Don’t meet every single requirement?
