What We Offer

  • SLPA: $46,000–$52,000 annually
  • SLP (CF to CCC-SLP): $65,000–$85,000 annually
  • Bilingual SLP (Spanish/English): $68,000–$90,000 annually
  • SLPA: $30–$44/hour
  • SLP: $50–$76/hour
    (Based on experience and bilingual status)

  • Start at 30 hours/week (full-time benefits included) with growth to 40 hours
  • Preferred schedule: 4-day workweek
    • 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Mon–Thurs or Tues–Fri)
  • Flexible scheduling to support your personal and professional life

  • Manageable productivity expectations (only 26/40 hours in direct care)
