→Oversee the entire billing process, including insurance verification, claim submission, follow-ups, and payment posting
→Ensure compliance with all insurance guidelines, billing regulations, and company policies
→Monitor accounts receivable and implement strategies to improve collections and reduce aging
→Train, mentor, and manage billing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
→Communicate with patients and families regarding billing inquiries and explain financial responsibilities clearly and professionally
→Collaborate closely with clinical teams to ensure accurate coding, documentation, and claim submission
→Review and resolve complex billing issues, denials, and discrepancies
→Generate and analyze billing reports to support leadership decision-making

Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record management
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain billing processes clearly to patients and families
Proven ability to lead, support, and develop a team
