As Vice President of Marketing, you will lead and shape the enterprise marketing agenda—setting integrated strategy that strengthens brand awareness, grows member acquisition, and drives outcomes tied to revenue. This senior-level role exists to bring disciplined execution, clear prioritization, and measurable performance across channels.
Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver integrated marketing strategy, goals, and reporting that connect to business results
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team; establish accountability, engagement, and delivery standards
- Own budget, resource planning, and cross-functional governance for multiple concurrent initiatives
- Advance digital marketing, brand strategy, demand generation, and analytics to improve performance and insight
- Partner with executive stakeholders; translate data into actionable strategies and decisions
Required knowledge and skills:
- 10 years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership roles
- 5–8 years leading teams, budget and strategy
- Demonstrated success scaling marketing organizations and delivering measurable business impact
- Strong track record managing multiple initiatives and consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to think creatively, foster innovation, and cultivate a high-performing team culture

Your morning starts with a quick read of performance-project status, web and campaign analytics, and member response-so you can validate what's working and where to intervene. You then run a team sync to confirm priorities, remove blockers, make tradeoff decisions, and assign clear owners for deliverables. As the day moves on, you step into executive check-ins to calibrate on timing, budget allocation, and growth targets, followed by focused reviews that sharpen messaging, creative direction, and channel mix. Between meetings, you translate insights into crisp guidance, and keep multiple initiatives moving through disciplined checkpoints. Before wrapping, you document decisions, reset expectations, and ensure the team has what it needs to deliver with pace and precision.
