CNC Operator 2nd shift

We're looking for a CNC Operator to set up, program, and run CNC and conventional machines in support of our aerospace manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role where quality, attention to detail, and safety are essential to success. Shift: Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PMSign-On Bonus: $1,000Shift Differential: Available based on business needs What You'll Do Program, set up, and operate CNC and conventional machines Load and edit machine programs as needed Set up tooling, fixtures, and materials Inspect and measure parts to ensure quality standards are met Perform minor part modifications and finishing work Follow production, safety, and quality requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of CNC machining experience preferred Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications Experience using precision measuring tools Basic math and mechanical aptitude Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable team player with a safety-first mindset Join Chromalloy Carson City and put your machining skills to work on critical aerospace components that help keep the aviation industry moving.
