• →Migration Strategy: Lead the design and execution of QA strategies specifically tailored for legacy system migration, ensuring zero data loss and feature parity.
• →Automation Leadership: Architect and oversee the implementation of end-to-end automation frameworks to accelerate testing cycles and minimize manual regression.
• →Collaboration: Partner with System Architects, Developers, and stakeholders to identify risks associated with legacy dependencies and modern integration points.
• →Process Optimization: Participate in the implementation of testing best practices, focusing on the testing pyramid to ensure a stable transition from monolithic to microservices architectures.

• Legacy Migration Experience: Proven track record in leading QA efforts for complex system migrations, including data migration and environment cutovers.
• Automation Mastery: Extensive experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress) and building frameworks from scratch.
• API & Data Validation: Strong expertise in validating REST APIs and conducting deep-dive database testing to ensure data consistency during migration.
• Strategic Thinking: Experience in conducting root cause analyses and risk assessments for legacy-dependent software.
• Workflow Tools: Expert-level familiarity with JIRA and project management tools to track migration progress and defect lifecycles.
• Language Proficiency: Advanced English proficiency (fluent in both verbal and written communication).

• Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP as it relates to migrating on-premise legacy systems to the cloud.
• Performance Testing: Experience with JMeter or Locust to ensure the new system handles load better than the legacy counterpart.
• SQL Proficiency: Advanced SQL skills for complex query creation and database result analysis.
• Agile Leadership: Experience leading QA in an Agile/Scrum environment during high-stakes digital transformations.
• CI/CD Integration: Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery processes for automated migration deployments.
