AI Implementation: Develop and configure AI-powered features within Service Cloud, including Einstein Bots, Next Best Action, and Generative AI tools to automate service workflows.
Smart Customization: Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce, ensuring they are optimized for AI compatibility and data readiness.
AI-Assisted Development: Utilize AI productivity tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Salesforce Einstein for Developers) to accelerate the SDLC, from writing unit tests to refactoring code.
Client Advisory: Work closely with US-based clients to provide expert guidance on Service Cloud best practices and the strategic adoption of Salesforce AI features.
System Integration: Ensure seamless integration between Service Cloud, external data sources, and AI models to provide a unified "Customer 360" view.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, specifically focusing on Agentforce and the Data Cloud ecosystem.
Skill Set
Salesforce Service Cloud & AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Service Cloud features combined with the ability to implement Einstein for Service and generative AI functionalities.
Salesforce Development: Proficient in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce, with a focus on writing "AI-ready" code (clean, modular, and well-documented).
Prompt Engineering: Ability to craft and refine prompts for LLM integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem to ensure accurate and relevant automated outputs.
Client-Facing Communication: Excellent skills to gather requirements and explain the ROI of AI-driven features to non-technical US-based stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex integrations and optimize AI model performance within Salesforce.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience with Salesforce Development.
AI Literacy: Proven experience or strong proficiency in using AI tools for development or implementing Salesforce Einstein features.
Proficiency in advanced English, both written and spoken, for effective global communication.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with data migration, integration tools, and object-oriented programming.
Additional Skills (Beneficial)
Salesforce Certifications: (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant, AI Associate, or Platform Developer I).
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or Vector Databases.
Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud).
