[Job-29470] Master AI Developer, Brazil

We are looking for a Master AI Developer who views Artificial Intelligence not just as a tool, but as a catalyst for redefining how software is built. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of new features using AI agents—from refining high-level requirements to building the underlying infrastructure, deploying, and monitoring. You will also ensure that all squads understand and can effectively utilize these pipelines.

 

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Ownership: Analyze and refine high-level business requirements, transforming them into robust technical architectures.
- AI Orchestration & Evolution: Design, develop, and evolve AI agents and frameworks that automate complex workflows. You are expected to keep these agents "alive" and improve them.
- International Collaboration: Act as the primary technical point of contact for international clients. Advanced/Fluent English is non-negotiable.
- Full-Stack Engineering: Build, maintain, and scale the backend and frontend components that house your AI solutions.
- Automated Reliability: Implement comprehensive testing automation and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-velocity, low-risk deployments.
- Innovation & Productivity: Proactively research and propose new tools, frameworks, and methodologies that can accelerate team productivity and product performance.

Required Qualifications
- Proven Full-Stack Experience: Significant experience in professional software development. You should be equally comfortable in the Backend (Java, Spring Boot / Python / Node.js), Frontend (React), Database (PostgreSQL), microservices architecture and event driven services (Kafka, EventHub).
- DevOps & Automation: Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, AzureDevOPS Pipelines.), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure in general (specially Azure).
- Testing: Expertise in automated testing frameworks (Unit, Integration, E2E) specifically applied to non-deterministic AI outputs.
- AI Expertise: Deep experience with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt and context engineering, and multi-agent systems (MAS). 
- Agentic Frameworks and tools: Proven experience with frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar tools like Claude Code and Codex for building autonomous agents. 
- Agile Mindset: Comfort leading in a fast-paced, iterative environment where the "dedicated cell" model thrives.
