• →Design the "Tier 1 Real-Time" explanation block, including signal types (Behavioral vs. Actuarial) and confidence labels.
• →Architect the Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) review queues and the Advisor UI for Layer 6 delivery.
• →Set UI/UX standards for how agent outputs are rendered across both
• →Experience and Product/Finance domains.
• →Review squad demos to ensure output quality and explainability meet standards before "Shadow Mode" promotion.

• Expertise in UX for AI/Decision Intelligence platforms.
• Experience designing for complex financial service professional workflows.
• Strong understanding of Information
• Architecture and Explainable AI (XAI) principles.
• Proficiency in designing structured, non-LLM generated UI components.

• Empathy for the end-user (Advisor).
• Visual storytelling of complex data.
• Attention to detail regarding regulatory disclosures.
