As a team member, you will play a key role in understanding requirements from a business perspective, bridging client needs with the technical team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in building rapport with clients.
• Is skilled in gathering business requirements and translating them into user stories.
• Has a solid background in scope management.
• Is proficient in backlog management.
• Is familiar with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Possesses advanced English skills for effective communication with clients.

• →Engaging in refinement and readiness activities, assisting in defining tasks and estimating effort for development.
• →Collaborating with the development team to define the architecture and design of solutions, ensuring alignment with established requirements.
• →Reporting progress to the client effectively.
• →Proposing the best approaches to help clients achieve their goals.
• →Adapting to a highly fluid environment with shifting priorities.
• →Assisting other team members in developing their skills.
• →Addressing real business challenges in collaboration with the client and the team.
• →Working in high-performance agile teams on international contracts.
