Projects Analyst, Project Management Unit

Manage Project management tools & databases and ensure data is up to date. Support in the projects monthly reporting Coordinate with internal team on technical and financial requirements Manage consultants relationship pre - , during and post project Identify relevant associate consultants, develop contracts and communicate clearly with each about deliverables, daily rates and client expectations Attend client/project meetings and develop minutes of meetings and ensure messages relayed to stakeholders as needed Participate in project stakeholders communication and management Participate & actively contribute to project technical discussions and reporting Support in the development of presentations and reports Support in the identification of business development opportunities with existing & potential clients. Requirements BA or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Economics, and any other relevant discipline Excellent computer skills with working experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multi tasks and deliver on time. Strong research and analytical skills
