We’re looking for a strategic and operational growth leader to own and scale Cin7’s global marketing growth engine. This role sits at the center of demand generation, marketing technology, AI-powered growth systems, digital experience, analytics, and cross-functional revenue execution.
Reporting to the Global SVP of Marketing, this role will serve as a key leader within the go-to-market organization, partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, Business Operations, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to drive pipeline growth, improve conversion efficiency, and scale modern AI-enabled marketing programs across the customer journey.
This leader will oversee Cin7’s marketing operations and digital demand generation functions. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership, deep marketing systems expertise, and a modern understanding of AI’s role in B2B growth.
Own and optimize Cin7’s inbound growth engine across paid media, web, lifecycle, AI engagement, and conversion pathways.
Drive pipeline creation and funnel efficiency across the customer journey.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Business Operations, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to improve revenue outcomes.
Build scalable growth programs aligned to company revenue goals and GTM priorities.
Lead adoption of AI-enabled marketing workflows, automation, and experimentation across the marketing organization.
Identify opportunities to improve speed, personalization, conversion, and operational efficiency using AI tools and systems.
Drive modern SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), AI search visibility, and content optimization strategies.
Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies across the marketing ecosystem.
Own and evolve the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce integrations, analytics platforms, routing systems, and AI engagement tools.
Ensure scalable lead management, routing, attribution, lifecycle automation, and reporting processes.
Partner with Business Operations to maintain data integrity and improve funnel visibility across Marketing and Sales.
Build and maintain executive-level reporting, forecasting, attribution, and performance measurement frameworks.
Translate complex data into actionable business insights for executive leadership.
Drive a culture of experimentation, testing, and measurable performance improvement.
Oversee website growth strategy, conversion optimization, personalization, and digital experience initiatives.
Partner with content and digital teams to improve engagement, conversion rates, and buyer journey performance.
Leverage behavioral and intent data to create more personalized customer experiences.
Lead and mentor high-performing teams across demand generation, digital, web, and marketing operations.
Foster strong cross-functional alignment between Marketing, Sales, Business Operations, Product, and Executive stakeholders.
Operate as a strategic business partner with a strong bias toward execution and measurable impact.
10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, growth, revenue marketing, or marketing operations leadership.
Proven experience owning pipeline generation and full-funnel growth strategy.
Deep expertise with modern marketing technology ecosystems, including CRM, MAP, analytics, attribution, and AI-enabled tools.
Strong understanding of AI applications within marketing, demand generation, automation, and digital experience optimization.
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Business Operations, Finance, Product Marketing, and Executive Leadership.
Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities with executive-level communication skills.
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced growth environments.
Familiarity with SMB SaaS GTM motions preferred.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of how AI is transforming modern B2B marketing, revenue operations, and buyer engagement.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools and workflows to improve personalization, campaign execution, analytics, forecasting, content operations, and operational efficiency.
Able to identify, evaluate, and operationalize practical AI use cases across the GTM organization.
Understands how AI can support modern demand generation strategies, including conversational marketing, AI SDRs, intent signals, workflow automation, and predictive insights.
Familiar with the evolving landscape of AI-driven search, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and changing buyer discovery behaviors.
Partners effectively across Marketing, Sales, Business Operations, and Product teams to implement scalable AI-enabled processes and experiences.
Maintains a mindset of experimentation, continuous learning, and responsible AI adoption within a fast-moving SaaS environment.
