To bring this vision to life in new markets, we are looking for entrepreneurial minds who thrive in fast-paced, international environments.

For our international expansion, we are looking for an Franchise Expansion Manager USA (m/f/d) to drive our growth across the United States. In this role, you will play a key part in establishing and scaling our presence in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.

  • Drive the expansion of our brand across the US market by identifying and acquiring new franchise partners
  • Analyze market potential, locations, and regional dynamics to support strategic growth decisions
  • Navigate and evaluate legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to franchising in the United States
  • Lead and support negotiations of franchise agreements in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with partners and guide them through the onboarding process
  • Act as a key interface between headquarters and US partners to ensure a smooth market entry and sustainable growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience in franchise development, expansion, or business development – ideally in the US market
  • Strong understanding of franchise structures, contracts, and market entry strategies
  • Experience navigating legal and regulatory environments in international markets (US strongly preferred)
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English
  • Hands-on mentality combined with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial drive
  • Willingness to travel and actively shape a fast-growing international brand
  • Strong existing network of potential franchise partners and/or suppliers is a strong advantage
