- Call performances and rehearsals as assigned, maintaining precision with technical and artistic cues.
- Run backstage tracks during shows, supporting artists with quick changes, cueing, and transitions.
- Apply and supervise emergency protocols both onstage and backstage.
- Assist with audio and video recordings of performances, training sessions, and rehearsals as required.
Artistic & Artistic Support
- Provide daily support to artists, the Artistic Director, and the artistic team.
- Manage show lineups in collaboration with Coaching and Performance Medicine (PMed) teams, ensuring timely communication of changes to technical departments and artists.
- Support the integration and reintegration of artists into the show.
- Maintain artist documentation in Aurora and manage attendance records for payroll and scheduling purposes.
- Help ensure the cleanliness and readiness of dressing rooms and backstage areas in coordination with Wardrobe, PMed, Technical and Site teams.
Coordination & Documentation
- Develop, maintain, and update stage management documentation, including cue sheets, rehearsal schedules, and performance reports.
- Coordinate artistic and technical resources for rehearsals, training sessions, and performances.
- Document and communicate changes to acts, artists, or lineups, ensuring accurate records and compliance with internal procedures.
- Organize and archive video and audio materials to support training, feedback, and creative needs.
Touring & Collaboration
- Participate in Artistic and Production meetings.
- Participate in site setup, tear-down, and city-to-city transfer operations, including packing/unpacking road cases and preparing equipment for shipping.

- Perform other related duties as assigned by the General Stage Manager or Artistic Director.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Required: Availability to tour internationally full-time and work in foreign countries.
- College diploma in Theatre, Stage Management, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 4 years of professional stage management experience on mid- to large-scale productions.
- Experience calling complex shows, including aerial acrobatics, in both rehearsal and performance environments.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural awareness.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Aurora or other stage management software is an asset.
- Strong communication skills in English spoken and written is essential; any additional language spoken and/or written is an asset.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the job including, but not limited to: crouching, kneeling, standing, lifting, sometimes for extended amounts of time. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
