The Ireland Head of Financial Reporting is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of activities associated with Financial Reporting. Responsibilities * Leadership & People Management: Lead, manage, and foster the professional development of a high-performing team, including performance management and strategic workforce planning. * Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships, fostering growth, and effectively resolving escalations. * Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships, foster growth, and effectively resolve escalations with global internal cross-functional teams, and external parties. * Financial Reporting Delivery: Ensure high-quality, timely client deliveries. * Operational Escalation: Act as the Senior escalation point for critical operational queries and complex issues. * Risk & Compliance: Implement and maintain robust risk management, internal controls, and quality standards, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. * Technical: Be a technical leader in Financial Reporting for Irish funds. * Process Optimization: Have an inquisitive mindset, drive and champion continuous process improvement initiatives, to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
