Quality Analyst

* Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications * Perform functional, regression, system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) * Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps) * Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and clarify issues * Validate bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved before production deployment * Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective * Develop and maintain test documentation, including test strategies and reports * Support test automation efforts where applicable * Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices * Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies * Support with FFS PTS Documentation Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) * 4+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance * Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) * Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) * Experience in manual testing and exposure to automation frameworks * Knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications * Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Fast Framework * Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) * Basic programming/scripting knowledge (Java, Python, or JavaScript) * Experience with SQL, ETL \------------------------------------------------------ ## Job Family Group: Technology \------------------------------------------------------ ## Job Family: Applications Support \------------------------------------------------------ ## Time Type: Full time \------------------------------------------------------ ## Most Relevant Skills Please see the requirements listed above. \------------------------------------------------------ ## Other Relevant Skills For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter. \------------------------------------------------------ Citi is an equal opportunity employer, and qualified candidates will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, status as a protected veteran, or any other characteristic protected by law.
