Citra is now hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist

This position is office based, reports to the COO  and not suitable for home-office.


Role Overview

As Citra enters a phase of hyper-growth, our leadership and technical experts must remain focused on their core mission: building world-class environments. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to take full ownership of the recruitment engine. This role is designed to protect the time of our Hiring Managers by providing a "white-glove" service that handles the heavy lifting of sourcing, screening, and vetting.Your goal is to ensure that by the time a candidate reaches a Division Head, they are the best of the best, fully vetted, and ready for a streamlined final decision.


Key Responsibilities

  • Hiring Manager Time-Protection: Act as the primary filter for all seven divisions. You take the pain out of recruitment by managing all BambooHR postings, initial screenings, and technical filters so that our Leaders only interview the top 1% of the pool.
  • The "Zero-Loophole" Standard: Enforce a non-negotiable standard of excellence in the hiring process. You are responsible for ensuring zero hires occur without a signed contract, cleared background checks (RefCheck), and full compliance—eliminating administrative "legacy debt" before it starts.
  • Recruiter Partnership Strategy: Develop and lead a high-performing pool of external recruiters who grow with Citra. You will ensure these partners are so well-briefed on the "Citra Way" that they source only the highest-caliber talent from the best global pools.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work as the "connective tissue" between Hiring Managers, internal Legal, and the HR Compliance team. You manage the process so they don’t have to, ensuring a professional handoff from recruitment to onboarding.
  • Talent Sourcing & Intelligence: Move beyond reactive hiring. Use LinkedIn Recruiter and industry networks to map out the best talent pools in Design, Engineering, and Construction, ensuring Citra has first-mover advantage on elite talent.
  • Data Integrity: Manage the end-to-end ATS (BambooHR) workflow, providing leadership with clear, high-level reporting on hiring velocity and pipeline health.


Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: 3–5 years in Recruitment, with a proven track record of managing technical stakeholders and external agency pools.
  • Process Discipline: A "zero-tolerance" approach to administrative gaps. You believe that if it isn't in BambooHR and verified, it didn't happen.
  • Influencing Skills: The ability to guide busy Hiring Managers toward best-practice recruitment, ensuring the process is followed without slowing down the business.
  • High-Level Sourcing: Expertise in identifying "passive" talent—those who aren't looking but belong at Citra.
  • Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in BambooHR and Google Workspace.
  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Human Capital, Psychology, or Business.
