Position Summary
The Epic Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, maintenance, and support of Epic applications used throughout the hospital and affiliated clinics. The analyst works closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure Epic solutions support patient care, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, test, implement, and maintain Epic applications and workflows.
  • Analyze clinical and business requirements and translate them into Epic system solutions.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, administrators, and IT staff to improve system functionality.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing support.
  • Develop and execute testing plans for upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
  • Participate in system optimization initiatives and workflow redesign projects.
  • Create user documentation and provide end-user training.
